SCHOOL PROGRAMMING OPTIONS OPTIONS

  • Participants get hands-on with real mini-bike engines as they take them apart and rebuild them from the inside out. Along the way, they’ll explore the science of internal combustion and gain an introduction to mechanical engineering while strengthening their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Best Suited For:
    ▪ First-time Participants
    ▪ 6th Grade and Up
    ▪ Up to 16 students per group
    ▪ Hands-on learners who enjoy taking things apart
    ▪ Groups that want to gauge their interest in engines before diving deeper

    Program Includes:
    ▪ Trained Motogo Coaches to provide deeper STEM instruction and hands-on guidance
    ▪ 15 hours of instruction
    ▪ One engine per participant
    ▪ All tools and safety equipment
    ▪ Pre- and Post- Assessments to guage growth and knowledge
    ▪ Motogo T-Shirts

  • Participants will incorporate STEAM concepts by disassembling and reassembling a Honda CB350 Motorcycle Engine. This program helps prepare youth for a wide variety of engineering and mechanical programs, all while learning how to problem solve through failures and building confidence.

    Best Suited For:
    ▪ 8th Grade and Up
    ▪ Groups of 6-16 individuals
    ▪ People that want to get their hands dirty
    ▪ People that want to learn how to make something function
    ▪ People who have no experience with motorcycles/engines

    Program Includes:
    ▪ Trained Motogo Coaches to provide deeper STEM instruction and hands-on guidance
    ▪ 20-24 hours of instruction
    ▪ One engine per two participants (at times, an individual will work on an engine alone)
    ▪ All tools and safety equipment
    ▪ Pre- and Post-Assessments to gauge growth and knowledge

Participants will get a “fast-pass class” on the rebuilding of Honda CB350 Motorcycle Engines. This program encourages failure, team-building, problem solving, and laughter by incorporating STEAM concepts and space to go deep into the workings of an engine.

    Best Suited For:
    ▪ Groups of 10-16 individuals
    ▪ Ages 13 and up
    ▪ People who have no experience with motorcycles but want to brag to their friends about how they build an engine.

    Program Includes:
    ▪ Trained Motogo Coaches to provide deeper STEAM instruction and hands-on guidance
    ▪ 3 hours of in-depth engine work
    ▪ All tools and safety equipment
